There was in our city a group of people by God in their lives, had the will to do something to alleviate the suffering of brothers who do not have anywhere to live, ie: Return to them that we took of them when they go through on the street and try to divert our way and our eyes to them.Well, in the second half of 2010, God made the great touch of mercy in the lives of those who love the thought of those who were close to suffering with our indifference.One day, I can not remember exactly the month and much less the day, I know that God made that touch many years ago someone kept in her heart.In an unexpected encounter, because God is so, it acts when and where you want to act, did the meeting with Father Carlos Alberto, and he was a great supporter of this work that began with the PASTORAL PEOPLE'S STREET MISSION ASSOCIATION and then the Divine, and now CASA to welcome DIVINE MISSION; He is meeting with our pastor Father Arilton Cascaes, who promptly called the parish council to set the assignment of the training center located in beautiful San Antonio Colony neighborhood, and were very well received by our brothers counselors, this day was marked in the hearts of those dreamers PASTORAL PEOPLE'S STREET, because it was the great proof that this work is really a great call!And then dear friend Brother reader, was approved for a total of 14 in favor and 5 against, and one for not understanding the subject abstained from voting, the occupation of the space above.But before proceeding, let tell you a little history of the Pastoral Care of the People's Street:Since the day May 17, 2011 the Ministry has seen the brothers of the street, at the beginning was hot and Tody salt bread with cheese and lots of love and prayer, then arose the idea of taking dinner; selfless these people will all of the Pastoral nights on the streets of downtown Barra Mansa, spends hours and hours doing what Jesus said in the Gospel of St. Matthew in Chapter 25.35 "For I was hungry and you gave me meat: I was thirsty and you gave me drink; I was a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me. "... and more ...Dear brother reader, can not be hypocritical, because this is the right word, the speaker and do not, so it is called, and there's more: In the first commandment God said: Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself!I ask you: You loved your neighbor as yourself?So reflect with me: If we love our neighbor as ourselves, we can be indifferent to so much suffering?We must welcome them, and do so many of us do.
